SHOP POLICIES

By placing an order with Creative Images, you are agreeing to the following policies:

ORDER PLACEMENT
-All orders must be placed via email or in person
-Orders have not been accepted until you receive a confirmation email

PAYMENT
-Order minimum $25
-All new files require a $30 setup fee
-Deposit required to start project
-Remainder due at the time of pickup/shipping
-Returned checks have a $25 fee. Order then must be paid by cash or cashier’s check. Checks and credit cards will not be accepted for returned checks.
-Please contact us if there is an issue with payment. Disputes should be avoided, as payment processing errors are rare and we will work quickly to resolve any issues.

ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK
-Artwork must be PC-compatible, no MAC files
-Must be in vector format
-There may be an additional design fee for us to create artwork or convert files to vectors for use

CUSTOMIZATION/PROOFS
-You will receive a PDF proof before production
-You must approve the proof for production to begin
-Production times are agreed upon at the start of the project and begin AFTER proof approval
-Orders will be produced EXACTLY as the approved proofs
-Please examine proofs closely
-We are not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, etc on the final product if it matches the approved proof

PRODUCTION TIMES
-Production time starts after proof approval
-Engraved or sublimated name badges or name plates 5-7 business days
-Trophies and crystal/acrylic/glass awards 7-10 business days
-Production times for large orders, detailed signs, projects that require additional design work, etc may vary and will be agreed upon before production

PICKUP
-We are available Mon-Thurs 8a-4:30p for pickup, there may be exceptions for holidays
-If you would like to pickup afterhours, you can arrange porch pickup
-Porch pickup orders must be paid online prior to pickup
-We are not liable if you choose porch pickup and the order is stolen or damaged
-Orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion

SHIPPING
-We ship via UPS Ground, see map below for estimated shipping times
-Please note shipping times may vary due to the impact of Covid-19
-Faster shipping options via UPS, like Air Delivery, are available upon request
-Shipping costs are determined by weight and size per UPS guidelines, we charge an additional nominal fee for packaging supplies and handling.
-Shipping cost will be calculated when the project is packaged to go out, shipping rates on estimates may vary from final cost

RETURNS & REFUNDS
-Products that are purchased for your specific project or have already been customized cannot be returned or refunded
-If we make a production error that is different than the approved proof, we will re-produce the same product (or a similar product if the original is no longer available) at no additional cost
-Errors must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receiving the order.
